Garden Visit

Newt Separator

Come and explore Árdán Garden in Howth, open every Friday and Saturday during the summer. You will be enthralled by this unique botanical and sculpture garden which is one of the top gardens to visit near Dublin. It offers a perfect day out for families, friends, and garden enthusiasts.

Wander at your own pace through beautifully designed flower borders, glasshouses, and contemporary planting schemes. Enjoy the artistic layout, sculptures by Irish artist Conall, and views of Howth Hill.

Relax on benches surrounded by seasonal blooms, admire the extensive plant collection and garden art, and take time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Children love exploring the hidden paths, spotting tadpoles, or even discovering a newt. Though there are steps, all areas are accessible via a gently sloping grass path.

Your garden visit is available between 11am and 4pm on open days, and we recommend allowing about an hour.

For a more in-depth experience, add a guided tour given by Nuala or Conall.
